Job Description :
This job provides technology administration in support of the enterprise wide use of the technology.
Advise teams in the planning, designing and utilization of the technology. Consult with project teams on the best use of the technology.
Answer technical queries and provide support to project teams and end users. Mentor and train end users in the use of the technology.
Provide continuous monitoring of the technology to proactively identify and resolve issues. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels.
Perform backups and recoveries for the supported technology product. Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Administer security permissions. Assure compliance to required Corporate standards, procedures, guidelines and processes, including audits.
Develop the architecture, frameworks, common components, and best practices for the technology.
Document the configuration of the system, system controls, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Experience in SAS technical infrastructure support and management, including installation of or upgrade of SAS software.
Experience with Unix concepts, including commands, scripts, permissions, and file systems
Experience in infrastructure support and management for the following enterprise tools: Tableau, Alteryx, R Studio Server, Anaconda Enterprise.
Familiarity with Python, R, and SAS programming
Familiarity with Hadoop and Kerberos Authentication
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.X
Experience in database concepts, SQL language.
Shell Scripting Korn/Perl
LDAP, Active Directory
