The Information Technology (IT) Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and executions of all IT internal functions. This includes all IT operations to meet sponsor requirements as well as supporting end user and interfacing with our 3rd party Managed Services Provider. This role also will act as Data Processor Office for Clinilabs.. The position requires at least Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field.. Background of over ten years of experience with Network Engineering and Network Administration that may include Windows 7/10 to Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, Office 365, Web/FTP Servers, SQL Database development, MAC OSX Servers, WAN/LAN, Raid Arrays, VPN's, Connect Wise, LabTech RMM and emergency on-site. Background of over seven years of experience with IT department management, IT personnel management, IT project management and IT policy and procedure development.. Excellent supervisory, organizational, and time management abilities. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment. Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, fast-learner who adapts quickly to new situations and works effectively in a team setting..
